K-Squared offers classes in yoga and meditation. Her goal is to offer affordable, community classes to get people moving in San Diego neighborhoods. As part of her training she began teaching at a local eatery Bistro Sixty. As a result word spread of her classes and she began teaching privately and to small groups. Krista said, “I really wanted a personal connection and teaching this way builds those relationships.” She advised, people who haven’t moved much need to start slowly.
